This article contains instructions on setting ILT event/session evaluations and considerations when setting evaluations, which expire after 30 days. Setting evaluations as required or not may impact session completions.
Setting or Updating the Evaluation
ILT > Manage Events & Sessions > Search for Event
To edit at Event level, to the right of the Event Title, select the ellipses to EDIT EVALUATION
To edit at Session level, select VIEW SESSIONS and select EDIT under Evaluation
Check ACTIVE. Check REQUIRED if applicable. Select SUBMIT to save this evaluation setting.
Evaluation Required transcript behavior
After the ILT Session Roster has been submitted, the training will remain on a user’s active Transcript as Pending Evaluation for 30 days or until the user completes the evaluation, whichever comes first. When the user completes the evaluation during the 30-day window, the training status will change to Completed. If the user does not complete the evaluation within the 30 days, the training status will change to Completed after 30 days.
Evaluation Not Required transcript behavior
The transcript training status will change to Completed once the roster has been submitted. However, the evaluation will be available in the user’s completed transcript for 30 days.
Considerations
- Setting a required evaluation may impact the user’s transcript status and your admin reports.
- Associating evaluations at the event level will associate that evaluation as a default to all sessions created for that event.
- If you submit the roster after 30 days, the evaluation email tag will not appear as a link in the email to the user.
